This pretty dress ‘Anaelle’ by Atelier Emelia features a slightly blouson bodice with a deep v neckline. The fit and flare skirt is fitted through the hip to an aysmetrical full skirt with cascading lace over tulle.
For over 40 years sisters Evelyne Delaroche, Chantal and Monique Joubert have had a fresh vision of a wedding dress. They like to say that a bride should wear her wedding dress just as she would wear her favourite pair of jeans, freely and simply.
They are three sisters with the desire to create a dress for one of the most beautiful events in a woman’s life. With their new brand Atelier Emelia Paris they have decided to pull together the words ‘Atelier’ a symbol of their work and ‘Emelia’ a tribute to their grandmother.
Valuing their own French heritage and mastery of cutting, creativity and fitting they also work with masters in craftmanship such as the lace makers of Calais and the embroiderers of Villers Outreaux, from further afield they use the best Italian and Spanish weavers for mikados, tulle and silk organza.
Since 1972 they have been reshaping wedding fashion, creating the first corsets, red dresses, denim dresses and of course simply stunning wedding dresses. Their statement is to make a wedding dress for a woman that will make her feel sublime, beautiful, incomparable and unforgettable on her wedding day
